Singapore Airlines is Singapore's flag carrier. Founded in 1972, this airline has built a reputation for outstanding customer service standards and excellent safety record. This airline is the most awarded airline at global level, having won accolades in the categories of the world's best airline, best in-flight entertainment, best first-class experience, best cabin staff, and best in-flight catering.

From its hub in Changi Airport, Singapore Airlines operates flights to 62 destinations worldwide in combination with other members of the Star Alliance. Certain regional routes are operated through Silk Air, and Singapore Airlines also has two low-cost subsidiaries that link Singapore airport with the major cities in South East Asia, India, the Pacific region, and Australia.

Travellers can sign up for free to Singapore Airlines' frequent flyer programme, known as KrisFlyer. Miles can be accrued by flying with all Singapore Airlines subsidiaries and with some of its codeshare partners.
